Start by drawing his..Beak I guess.

Now start making his bottom jaw.

Make his facial features and the leaves on Turtwig's head..

Next is to make the shell(I think that's what it is..But I could be wrong)

Now the legs and tail.

Last is to make his leg markings and...Stuff..And you're done!
