How to Draw Chibi SpongeBob Squarepants

Step 1.


Start by drawing a nice big square shape for the outlined body frame for chibi SpongeBob. Once that is drawn you can add the facial guidelines and then the belt and or pant line around the waist. lastly draw leg lines.

Step 2.


All you have to do here is draw two big eyes in the shape of a circle and draw three eyelashes on each eyeball. You will then draw the beginning line for his nose and a bump for his cheek.

Step 3.


You will now start outlining the shape of chibi SpongeBob's head and or body as you see here and make sure you draw in a few spongy holes. Finish drawing the shape of his nose and then draw his famous smile with his squared teeth. Add some freckles a   

Step 4.


You are almost done with this tutorial on chibi SpongeBob. What you will do next is draw in the rest of the holes and then draw out the sleeves and his arms. Draw his hands and then draw his shirt collar and tie. Lastly you will draw the dashes aroun   

Step 5.


For your last drawing step all you have to do is draw out his chibi sized legs and shoes. Once that is done you can start erasing all the guidelines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Step 6.


Here is the finished drawing on "how to draw chibi SpongeBob Squarepants step by step". Color him in and you are all done!

Description: I have a special treat for you all on a character that I love chibi-sized. I always wanted to draw SpongeBob in chibi form and that is what I will be submitting right now. I will show you how easy it is to learn "how to draw chibi SpongeBob Squarepants" step by step. SpongeBob is such an awesome character from Nickelodeon and he is probably one of the more popular ones out of all the animated TV shows that they air on their network. I had so much fun sketching out this version of SpongeBob and I really enjoyed coloring him in too. I think this was one of the smartest ideas I have ever drawn because I think he will become a big hit with all you young and old artists out there. This is also a pretty cool drawing to print out and color for the young ones, and for you folks out there that really love his character. This version of chibi SpongeBob is so easy to draw because all you are doing really, is drawing him to look like a baby or a little boy. I mean come on, how hard is it drawing a square with holes and big round eyes? Not hard at all.
