How to Draw Chibi Michonne from the Walking Dead

Make the head and body shapes like so, then draw in the facial guidelines as well as the legs.

As you know Michonne has dreadlock style hair so you will need to draw in the first two chunks that fall over her face in a parted style.

Continue in with drawing her hairstyle. This will also form the shape of her head. Detailing and an indent to the top of her head will make the style pop.

All you have to do here is draw her face shape.

Next, draw in the bandanna, then draw Michonne's mouth and eyes. She needs to have a mean expression.

Start drawing the body starting with the chest and right or left arm and hand.

Draw in the left arm and then draw the handle for the sword. Add another hair strand as well.

We will now draw her signature katana sword in chibi form of course.

Finish drawing the body and then add the shape of the boot tops.

Add a shirt line and then sketch in some pockets on her pants.

Draw in the rest of the boots, then add a bit of detailing to the boots. Erase the mistakes and guides before you see how the drawing should look.

Here is the line art. All you have to do now is color her in and show folks who you created in chibi form.

I had so much fun with this lesson because she is one of my favorite figures from the series. I know a lot of people will enjoy using this lesson.
