Start off by sketching the guidelines. Be careful from drawing them too hard on your paper. You will be erasing them later.

Next, sketch the outline of Cersei's face.

Then, sketching lightly until you're pleased with the lines, draw her hair which is mildly wavy.

Use thin line weights and sketch the individual details of her hair. Don't use too many lines.

Lastly, draw her facials. Make sure here eyebrows are thick enough and her eyelashes are sparse.

When you're finished, you should have similar line art to this.
