How to Draw Books

Step 1.


Okay, are you ready to start? Good, the first thing you will do is draw out a series of lines that will eventually come out looking like a cake. first draw two slanted vertical lines for the binds of the books. Then draw three vertical lines in the f   

Step 2.


Now as you can see, once this step is complete you will start to see these lines look like books. What you will do first is draw out the rest of the guidelines so that the books will come out looking three dimensional. Cap off the top binding edge so   

Step 3.


You are now on step three and what you will do here is add some defining lines to detail the binding of the books as you see here. Once that is done cap off the right inside of the books with vertical lines so that it looks like pages. You will then    

Step 4.


Well this is your last drawing step and what you will do now is add the page lines so that your books come out looking brand new and never read. Detail the bottom of the binding bride and then you can start erasing all the guidelines that you drew in   

Step 5.


Once you are done your books should come out looking like the ones you see here. All you have to do now is color them in and your set. I really hope you learned something new with this drawing lesson on how to draw books step by step. I will be back

Description: Okay well I’m back with another drawing tutorial and this time it is going to be on something in the “everyday objects" category. I will be showing you how to draw books step by step. Drawing books can sometimes be a very difficult thing to learn how to do. If you are teaching yourself how to draw without any aids from books or online drawing lessons, then you will probably have a tough time doing so because you have to know where to place the lines and shapes to make them look three dimensional. I drew a stack of books of three and the colors are vivid and bright. I also included the two characters on the top cover because these are of course “learn how to draw step by step” books after all. Drawing books is a very easy thing to do especially when the steps are laid out in such an easy to understand and follow way. When owning a book you have the power to learn something new in a matter of minutes from someone that took years to figure out. That is the beauty about reading, you could learn something very useful and educational from someone that studied and researched for years in a matter of minutes or hours depending on how fast you can read. Anyway this tutorial will show you how to draw books step by step. The instructions will give you easy directions to help make this lesson a breeze.
