How to Draw The Fish from Dr Seuss

Make a circle for the head of the fish and then draw the guideline for the body.

Using the head guide draw the head and mouth of the fish and then draw in the sparse fin.

Draw the rest of the body along with the fins and tail. See how the tail fin forks, that is to make legs.

Draw the fish's eye, lashes and eyebrow and then draw in the other arm or fin. Add the detailed lining to the arms as well.

Add the scuff marks to the fish and then you're done.

Lastly, draw in the bowl. Add the water line and be sure to draw the water swishing. Add detailing to the glass and you are ready to erase the mistakes and guides.
