How to Draw Anime Profiles

This is a simple tip step that shows you the straight on stare point with the anime profile face when being viewed from the side. As you can see the eyes are perfectly horizontal, and the angle of the nose is almost perfectly vertical.

This is just some sketches of the male and female anime versions of side face profiles. Each face in the sketch has a different expression and as you can see each expression looks different from the side.

Start the first drawing step by making two circles for the heads, and then draw out the cone like shapes of the lower parts of the face profiles.

You will notice here how I talk about how the the alignment is perfect with on another.

Begin sketching out the lower portions of the face which is the side profile of the arch in the nose, the bumps for the lips, and then the shapes or outlines for the chin, and jaw lines. Don't forget to get those ears sketched out as well.

Begin sketching out or drawing in the eyes, and mouths. All you have to do for the mouths is draw a thin line. The female face has much thicker lashes or eye lids than the male. Also, add some small detailing to the nostrils and inside of the males e

Sketch out the male's eyebrows and then color in some pupils for both profiles. You will then draw the necks and then move to step eight.

All you need to do here is sketch out their hairstyles and you can choose to draw in any type of style you wish. Erase the guidelines and shapes to clean up the drawing and then move to see what your anime profiles should look like.

Description: I guess I got some of the easy stuff out of the way, now it’s time to learn how to draw some fun stuff anime style. There is a certain part of anime that some people have troubles creating and for me this was a big problem area for some time. Today I am going to do my best to show you guys "how to draw anime profiles", step by step and to be honest with you, it’s not going to be as hard as you think it might be. This is a really easy to follow tutorial that I think you will have fun with and just because you might be a novice artist, there is no reason why you should shy away from this lesson. Drawing profiles in any type of character all have different types of complexity especially when you are creating human like profiles. Since anime and manga style is non-realistic, it’s going to be easier to recreate. I’m going to leave this description for now, but I will return later.
