Step 1.


There is a total of five drawing steps, and one finished line art step. For this first step you will be drawing the assault rifles outlined body frame. Start with the shape of the stock, and then the butt stock, magazine, and pistol grip. You will al

Now you will be sketching out some series detailing to the tip of the gun which is a combination of things like the gas block and front site. When you sketch out this part of the gun be sure to take your time so that all the lining comes out neat and   

Step 3.


You will now start sketching out several parts of the assault rifles mid section which consists of the gas tube and upper hand guard, and then you will draw the bottom hand guard. This is where your hand is place when firing this weapon. Next, right    

Step 4.


You will nos finish off sketching out the detailing to the rifle by drawing the top receiver cover, magazine well, and detail the stock too. Next draw out ad detail the pistol grip which is solid wood, and then draw the buttstock which is the part of   

Step 5.


For your last drawing step you will sketch out the shape of the trigger and the safety clip or notch. This little piece of metal puts the guns safety on and off. Usually when a red dot is showing it is in the fire position. Next start sketching out t

Description: How about another weapon to add to the firearms category? Everybody loves drawing weapons because they are a part of our history no matter what country we are from. There are many, many different guns out there that are considered the worlds most dangerous weapons. To me all weapons are dangerous if you don't know how to handle them properly, or if you are just a careless gun owner and or user. I have a lesson on an AK-47 already, as well as many other rifles in the “firearms” section under the “Weapons” category. How about a new tutorial that will show you "how to draw an assault rifle step by step”. Assault rifles are the choice weapons that are used in most modern day warfare. Of course almost every country uses different issued assault rifles. Assault rifles are guns that use intermediate cartridges and a removable magazine. Some of the more popular assault riffles are guns like the American M16, the Russian AK-47, the German G36, the Belgium FNC which is another interesting and attractive assault rifle that is also used by Sweden, and the very cool AUG out of Austria. Rifles are awesome guns and they are so very interesting to read about. I know that there are parents that don't want their children learning about guns because they feel that it is inappropriate, and that is all fine an good. I feel education is key, and learning about weapons whether it be firearms, projectiles, knives, spears, missiles, or even swords, is a part of who we are and it is also apart of our history no matter what country we live in or come from. My grandmother comes from Portugal, and I know for a fact that they where involved with some sort of war at one point of time or another. Even the United States has seen it's share of war either from it's civilians or from other countries. Assault rifles had aided our military for decades, and I'm more than positive they will continue to aid them in years to come.
