How to Draw Alanis Morissette

Draw the shape or guide shape for Alanis's face and sketch in the facial guidelines.

Define the shape of her face. Alanis has a long face with thick bone structure. Also sketch in the hair line with the colic arch on the left.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out the shapes of her eyes, then thicken the upper lid line as well as add some lashes.

Sketch in the eyebrows using a light stroke. When that is done you can draw in the pupils and then add some definition to the left side of the nose.

Sketch out her nose, and then draw in the lips. You will also add detailing inside her ear too.

Lastly, sketch out Alanis' hair which is long, straight and sort of full of body. Add detailing to the hairstyle and then you're done.

Here is the line art. Color in the drawing or you can just leave this as a sketch.

She has a message with every song and writes almost all her music. Today, I will show you how to draw Alanis Morissette, step by step. I actually had the pleasure to attend a concert that was just Alanis in an up close and personal tour. It was on the water front and had the most pleasant atmosphere.
