Storks are birds that have long necks, long reddish orange legs, white feathered bodies and reddish orange colored bills. Yeah sure these birds are beautiful and interesting but a majority of us associate the stork as being a baby deliver. Now because of that, this tutorial will show you how to draw a stork with a baby step by step. I just wanted to do a lesson on something cute and from our childhood. The whole concept that storks deliver babies to the homes of couples that are expecting, was something that used to be told to young children back in the fifties. As time went on parents became more liberal with their children and decided to tell children the real truth about where babies come from…mommy’s belly. I know now that I’m older the real truth, but the fable on how storks were known to deliver a baby to mommy and daddy on the porch or through a chimney, was a cute way to explain the concept of where babies come from. There are several cartoons that still portray this age old tale and there is a movie that I think we all remember on a little elephant who was delivered to his mommy by a confused stork. Looney Tunes also had a cartoon where a baby was delivered to an animal family and the father did nothing but try and rid the baby from the house. Of course if I was to get Bugs Bunny as a baby, I too would probably want to trash the lad. Anyways this is a cute tutorial on how to draw a stork with a baby step by step. The whole lesson is pretty easy and I know that most of you will have no problem learning how to draw this cartoon animal.
