Start with the formation of the body outlines and shapes to form a frame for your poisonous scorpion drawing. The middle section should almost look like a banana and then from that part you will add the legs, claws, and tail guidelines.

You will now start sketching out the pointed edges of the scorpions face as you see here. Notice how I also included four of the fanged teeth as you see here along the rim of the upper mouth.

3

Finish sketching out the mouth by drawing the shape of a boxy bottom jaw. Add a long licking tongue, and then color in the inside of the mouth and finish sketching out the teeth. Next and lastly for this step you will draw the evil shape of the eyes,

Now the fun really starts. You will begin sketching out the shape of the scorpions sharp edged front claws and arms, and then sketch out the top of the head and one part of the mesosoma. I say one part because with scorpion anatomy they have a total

You will now draw another piece of the mesosoma, and then draw four legs on each side of the scorpions body as you see here. The legs should be detailed and sharp looking to give this tattoo design an awesome look of a hard exterior body.

My design of this scorpions body only has five parts of the mesosoma. Finish drawing in three others, and then draw the rocky shape of the tail, and ball shape of the tail tip and stinger. Add some horned spikes on the claws, and then sketch in some

Here is what your scorpion looks like when you are done. Color it in any shade you like, or take the finished drawing to your local tattoo parlor for an awesome ink job. I had fun with this lesson, and I know you did too. Great work, and be sure to j

Description: Scorpions are arthropods that are probably one of the more feared out of all the eight legged creatures walking the earth next to the tarantula. This tutorial is going to be on “how to draw a scorpion tattoo", step by step”. There are so many tattoo designs that I have drawn over time, and recently I have been getting into them once again a lot more. I figured it would be a good idea to get some cool stuff uploaded since all you guys had to look at for the past week is a bunch of fish, and some pretty old drawings that I did almost two weeks ago. I drew this scorpion design while I was live a week ago, and because of my absence I am now getting it uploaded. To me it came out pretty cool, but to be honest with you, I think I could have done a better job. The fluorescent green color is supposed to represent poison and toxicity, and the dripping pus from the tip of the stinger tail stands for death and "fear me". Just by looking at the drawing you would think that is a bit complex, and to tell you the truth it may be a bit difficult for some of you novice artists out there. But I feel confident that if you follow the steps, and take your time, you too will have created a drawing that is toxic in every sense of the word. Learning "how to draw a scorpion" tattoo is just the beginning to drawing different tattoo designs. Once you get good with one, you will be come great with others. Keep drawing, tackle lessons that you can realistically achieve, and always keep your head up and your pencils in hand. I will be back with more drawing fun so stay tuned in folks, because there is more greatness on the way. Peace peeps!
