How to Draw a Kiwi Bird

Next, draw in the kiwi's long narrow bill or beak like so, then add a nose hole.

Now you can draw the eyeball as well as the detailing inside the eye.

Description:
I have an updated lesson on how to draw a kiwi bird. I do have one of these birds as a tutorial which I did a while back. I don't know why I thought of this bird to remake but I think it's because I read a short article on the kiwi bird. These birds are so small and fast that you can't see them coming. They have super small wings which makes them unable to fly. They are the national bird in New Zealand and are in fact the symbol of the country. Kiwi are a species from the ratite family which means they are cousins to ostriches, emus, rheas, and cassowaries. When I said they are super small, I meant that they are as small as a common chicken. Despite their size when they lay eggs their eggs are almost as big as them. Anyways drawing a kiwi bird will be fun because its also a bit comical in appearance. Enjoy folks and have a nice day.
