Cap off the face with some hair. This hair will also create the shape of the panda's head. Notice the bangs will lie low. Draw in the ears, then move to step four.

Step 4.
All you have to do here is draw in the ponytail and then draw the band that wraps around the base of the head which also holds the ponytail in place.

Step 5.
We will draw in her face next. Use the facial guidelines to draw out the thick, dark eyebrows. Then draw in the shapes of her eyes. As you can see she has a mean expression on her face. Draw in the nose and whisker holes followed by the crinkle betwe
en her eyebrows.

The arm in this step is raised up as if she is reaching for her bamboo shaft as a weapon. Add detailing to her arm making muscles or biceps.

how to draw pandas
Description:
I must say, I had a lot of fun drawing this concept character creation based on a panda. Here is what I will call a tutorial on "
how to draw a panda warrior
", step by step. If female panda where warriors this is what I envisioned them to look like. They are leaner then your typical male panda warrior, but still have that strong, muscular build. She uses a bamboo stick as her weapon and dresses in simple ninja style attire. I don't know why I was compelled to turn a panda into a female warrior, all I know is that it was fun and she looks good. Thanks for joining me with this concept creation folks. I will be back in a bit with other tuts for you all.
