How to Draw a Fat Cat

Step 1.


To begin all you will have to do is draw a head and big round shaped body. Sketch in the facial guidelines too.

Step 2.


Next, define the lining for the top of the head, then draw in the fat cat's ears.

Step 3.


Up next, draw out the large shape of the cat's fat face like so. When that is done add some hair on the high parts of the cheeks. Then draw the big paws.

Step 4.


Here you will add some detailing inside the cat's ears. Then draw in the face starting with the snout bump, nose, lips, whiskers, and then the closed squinted eyes and brows.

Step 5.


Draw the body and the left leg. It's not the whole body you will draw here, just the back.

Step 6.


You will now draw the fat body which looks like a big puffy pillow.

Step 7.


You will now draw the thick long tail that curls over the back part of the cat's big body, then add detailing to create a thigh or hip crease.

Step 8.


Lastly, draw the cat's back paw and the foot pads on the foot. Erase the mistakes if there are any then the guidelines.

Step 9.


Color in your fat cat and you are all done. I hope you liked this drawing on a fat cat.
