Step 1.
Start off by drawing the guides for the head, torso and back end. You will then sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the tail line.

Step 2.
Using the guide shapes you made, begin sketching out the outline of the head, ears, neck and some layers of hair from the cat's coat.

Step 3.
Continue on by drawing the chest, and first front leg. When that is done add some long hair behind the leg.

Step 4.
Here we will draw out the back lining which will form perfectly into the cat's bushy long tail. Draw in more of the torso, then proceed to step five.

Step 5.
All you have to do here is draw the cat's hind leg which is stretched back, then draw in the other hind leg.

Step 6.
Begin drawing the skeletal face. Make a circle and some neck bones. Color them all in leaving empty spots for the eyes and nose.

Step 7.
Next, draw in chest bones which is far fetched as to how the anatomy of a cat is. This would be the rib cage.

Lastly, draw in the skeletal bones for the back legs, pelvis, and tail. When you are done you can erase those mistakes and the guides.

Here is the finished drawing all done and ready to color in. You can add a heart like I did, or do something else you like.

Description:
Here is something different to tackle with Halloween coming around the corner. This is a different take on drawing a Halloween cat. Yes the cat is still black, but instead of making a traditional face, I decided to go with a dead theme by making the skeleton of the cat the main focus. The face, and all the bones makes up an awesome concept for Halloween art. I know you guys will enjoy this tut because it's super catchy and has great potential for extras to be added. Thanks guys and have a go with drawing a Halloween cat.
