How to Draw a Dragon Head
2
Next, draw the top portion of the head which should be done in layers to form thick wrinkles or creases. Add the points to top of the nose, then proceed to step three.
3
You will now draw the top part of the mouth which looks more like an alligator or crocodile's mouth. The teeth are uneven and different sized. They are also gaped from one another.
4
Sketch in the base line for the small horn on the tip of the nose, then draw in the texture wrinkles to the top of the dragon's snout. Also incorporate the eye too.
5
Now is the time to draw the bottom portion of the dragon's form. The lower mandible should be thick, strong, and full of points as these are spikes that line the jawline.
8
Almost done folks. Sketch out the skin of the neck which hangs pretty low, then draw in the layered scales to form the back of the neck. I love dragons that are created with these types of scales.
9
Lastly, add the scale lining to the neck underneath, then you can erase whatever mistakes you made.

Description: Here is something cool that I think a lot of you dragon lovers will enjoy. I made this drawing yesterday while drawing live on Draw.tv. It's on "how to draw a dragon head", step by step. I know I have plenty of dragons and dragon head tuts, but since I haven't done any dragon drawings in a while I thought it was past due that I had. I guess I still didn't loose my touch with making dragons because this concept came out pretty good. If you have been waiting for another cool dragon tut, here it is. Let me know if you liked drawing this dragon head and if you do I will make more on a regular basis. Give me some ideas on dragon drawings/tuts, I always like seeing to what others like.
