How to Draw a Dolphin
2
You will now start drawing the bottle nose, and the forehead of this animals. The same lining from the forehead, should also form the dorsal fin, and the back line which will then turn into the tail.
3
In this step, you will finish drawing out the dolphin's body like so until the mouth, belly, and fins are all drawn out. Notice how the mouth is slightly open.
4
You are almost on your last step, and as you can see you will basically finish this drawing. Color in the mouth as you draw in the small pointed teeth at the same time. Next, draw the other fin, and then color in an eyeball.
5
Erase the lines and shapes you drew in step one, and then sketch in some detailing lines to add definition to your dolphins skin.

Description: There is several lessons on Dragoart.com that show you how to draw a dolphin. The main reason why I’m submitting another tutorial on a dolphin is because I wanted to draw a version that is different looking from the rest, and because my little sister wanted to watch me "draw a dolphin" from scratch instead of following pictures. Every once in a while I’ll draw for her as she sits beside me in front of my desk. I also gave her my old drawing tablet, and believe it or not, but for a seven year old she really knows how to use a tablet. I mean, I know when I first started using a drawing tablet, it wasn’t too easy for me to make steady lines using the tablet pen. She really takes to the pad very well, and I’m really impressed. Anyway, with this dolphin she was actually guiding me to draw specific characteristics that these aquatic animals are known for. Like, if you look at some of my other dolphin tutorials, you will see that none of them have teeth, and this dolphin lesson is drawn with the animal having teeth. I think her vision was pretty on point, and I like how this porpoise has a different look from the rest. This will be a very easy drawing to learn from, so make sure to take your time so you create a dolphin of your own. The best thing about recreating animals, you can color them in using any shade you like. I will be back in a few with some more drawing fun so stay tuned in. Peace people!
