Begin by drawing the guide shape and the facial guidelines for the big cat.

Using the guide you just made, go ahead and draw out the actual structure of the cat's face which is curvy.

Here you will use the facial guidelines to draw out the big open eyes. Color in some oval shaped pupils and then the eyeballs.

All you have to do now is draw in the big ears, then draw the cat's nose, mouth and whiskers. Of course the whisker holes will need to be added as well as the darkened lining from nose to mouth. A crinkle on the nose and inner ear detailing also need

Here is the line art. Now you can have fun coloring in your big cat which for me was a tiger.
