First make the facial guidelines as a template.

Now make the outlines for the eyes and ears.

now make the nose and mouth lines and then add the bottom of the eyes.

make the curves for the mouth and ears as well as for the neck.

add the point for the chin and fur on the neck.

erase the template lines.

add the pupils and inside fur.

last but not least, color it in! You are done!
