Drawing a Real Christmas Tree

Step 1.


You will make a cone shaped outlined box for the guide of your tree.

Step 2.


Up next, you will slowly sketch in the edges of the Christmas tree in in an uneven jagged style.

Step 3.


Fill in the center of the tree with ruffles of pine and the Christmas ornaments or bulbs like so. Or you can just choose which kind of decorations you would like on the tree.

Step 4.


Draw in the ribbon garland or garland of your choice and proceed to step five.

Step 5.


Lastly, draw in the tree skirt, and you are ready to erase the mistakes.

Step 6.


When you are done you have a Christmas tree like the one you see here. Add some color and you're done.

Description: Christmas is literally only sixteen days away which means those of us who celebrate the holiday season will be opening up presents and shouting as we do when we see something either unexpected or what we wanted. So today I wanted to make this tut on drawing a real looking Christmas tree, step by step. Now of course my tree doesn't look anything like the one you see here. Instead I have a small six foot tree that is decorated modestly. You know, nothing fancy just a tree. Anyways, the ribbon garland and the different sized bulbs can all be changed. You can add whatever else you like to the tree or just draw the Christmas tree and leave out the decorations. The choice is yours. Like always, have fun and I hope you like this lesson.
