Drawing a Plush Puppy

First, let's start by drawing the guidelines that will aid us in drawing a proportionate body for the pup. Take your time to draw these guides very lightly.

Next, draw the shape of the head and then the large ears overlapping the head.

Then, start by drawing the eyes and then using thinner lines to etch in the stitched definition lines. Once that is done, go ahead and draw the cute dainty mouth.

Lastly, working on the two front legs first, draw the rest of the body of the plush. I prefer drawing the forelegs and then the hind legs last so it comes out portioned.

Lastly, sketch in the tail hidden in back of the pup!

Description: What's up my fellow avid artists? Welcome to this new tutorial based on another plushie animal. I have too much fun drawing these guys, as some of you may know, I'm a HUGE advocate of kawaii styled artwork. A lot of people have requested here on the website, more tutorials on stuffed plushie animals. I went ahead and considered these requests and made a couple teddy type tuts.
