Step 1.
Okay so let's start with the first step. We will draw an oval shape for the head and face, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.
On the left side of the face guide, sketch out the actual structure of Deadpool's face and draw a separating line down the middle.

Step 3.
Up next, draw the right side of his face which will be bare with no mask. Again, this lining should define the actual structure of his face.

Step 4.
We will tackle this fourth step by drawing his brow and then his eye. Once that is done you can sketch in Wade or Deadpool's nose, mouth and frown lines around the mouth.

Step 6.
On the left side draw in the marking or patch like mark for the black color that will go over the eye shape. Sketch in the detailing along with the actual eye shape as well.

Step 7.
Lastly, draw Deadpool's neck shape and then the suit collar as well as his shoulders. You are all done now just erase the mistakes and guidelines that are visible.

how to draw deadpool characters
Description:
I know most of you can't wait to see Deadpool when it comes to theaters next year because I know I can't. The movie based on one of Marvel's most loved comic book characters is going to blow up like you wouldn't believe. I watched the trailer again last night and wanted to make this tutorial on drawing Deadpool in a half face/half masked manner. Since his face is severely scared from all the guinea pig testing done on him, he was left with a putrid face that is said to be hard to look at. I don't care what Deadpool looks like, he is super badass to me regardless of the scars or mask. Anyways, I love the coloring job I did and the scaring effect as well. If you love Deadpool than you will enjoy this step by step lesson on drawing Marvel Comics Deadpool too.
