Chief Bogo Drawing Tutorial

Step 1.


Make the head guide and then draw in the facial guidelines. You will then draw the guidelines for the shoulders.

Step 2.


Define the shape of Bogo's head structure which is pretty angled and rounded. Take your time and don't rush. When you rush more mistakes happen.

Step 3.


Up next, draw in the thick brow shapes or lining like so, then draw in the arched shape for the nose. We will also need to draw in a mouth line too.

Step 4.


Draw Bogo's eyes and nostril holes, then draw the bottom lip line followed by the straight lined teeth. Don't forget to add those rings around the eyes.

Step 5.


Let's focus on the horns next. These horns are thick and very curved. Add detailing to the seam of the horns which is right down the middle of the head.

Step 6.


We will now draw in Chief Bogo's ears. The ears should be long and floppy. There is also a cut or notch in the left ear.

Step 7.


For the last drawing step all you have to do is draw the sides of the neck and then draw the shoulders and collar. Erase the mistakes and guides as well.

Step 8.


You are now ready to color in Chief Bogo. He is predominately blue and black so the coloring process shouldn't be too hard.

Description: Here is another character from Zootopia that I think you fans of the film will enjoy. Today, we will be learning how to draw Chief Bogo, step by step. Now I'm not sure, but I think Chief Bogo is an ox. He looks like an ox and by the looks of him, he seems to have the personality of an ox. Anyways, this shouldn't be too difficult to recreate so I'm sure you will enjoy yourself. Drawing Zootopia characters is pretty cool because I love drawing animals.
