Big Bad Wolf, How to Draw

Go ahead and begin like we always do and that is with the guidelines and shapes.

You will begin at the top with the shape of the head, ears and then the eyes.

Here you will draw out the hat, then draw the snout, mouth, whiskers and nose.

Next, draw the shoulders and arms as well as the straps to the overalls he wears.

Continue to work on the overalls first, then draw in the buttons and hands which are hidden behind him.

Move down and work on the pant legs part of the overalls. Draw in the patches and baggy definition lining to add texture and detail.

You can now finish the overalls by drawing the cuffed-up bottom of the pants, then draw in the first of the wolf's heels.

Lastly, draw in the feet and his long shaggy tail resting on the ground. Erase the mistakes and all the guides.

That's it, you are all done. Now you can color in Big Bad Wolf to bring his self to life.

For those that remember, he is often seen with Porky Pig and with Red Riding Hood. I had a blast with drawing this character out and I think you will too.
