Start with two criss-crossing guidelines. Then use them to place the ovals for the head,flippers,and feet. Now draw the guidelines on the face.

The middle of the nose sits right where the two guidelines meet. Now, draw the body around the ovals you drew for the flippers and feet in step one.

Add detail to Piplup's tail. Then draw curved lines on its feet for toes.Finally, darken the eyes and add a zigzag pattern on its forehead.

Erase the guidelines from step one and any other lines you don't need.
