Start with a stick figure. It helps figure out early on where you want to put the arms and legs.

Build Lucario's body around the stick figure. The back leg is smaller than the front leg because it's further away. Now, draw the eyes, ears, and snout.

This step is all just ading detail to the paws, ears, and face.

Erase any unnecessary lines and add any details you missed.
