Step 1.
Begin by making the shapes that will be used to make the body for Tygra. Start with the head, torso, and then the pelvic area like so. When that is done all you have to do is draw in the guidelines for the face, arm, and stomach.

Step 3.
Begin sketching out the eyebrows and then the tiger marks on his cheeks like you see here. When that is done you need to sketch in some detailing on the face like the eyes, nose, and mouth.

As you can see you need to start sketching out the sides of Tygra's hair or fur like you see here. It's in a pulled back pointed style like so, and then draw out the neck.

Continue to draw out the legs like you see here and then draw out his foot. When the shapes of the legs are drawn out you can then add the detailing and definition shapes and lines that gives his suit texture.

Step 9.
Draw out Tygra's toes and be sure that the tips are pointy. Sketch out his gun, and then add some detailing and definition as well. You will then start erasing the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up the drawing.

Here is what Tygra looks like when you are all done. Now you can color him in to finish Tygra off. I hope you liked this ThunderCats star that will be making action headlines come May on Cartoon Network.

Description:
I think I told you guys that Cartoon Network is going to be airing a new and improved version of ThunderCats which is a cartoon series from the eighties. I submitted a few characters in the past but there is still a few more that I have to get uploaded because they are considered to be the main secondary characters. So having said that, I will be showing you "
how to draw Tygra
", step by step. Just as his name suggests, Tygra is based on the tiger cat species. He is also known as being the groups or teams scientist and architect, as well as the main dude that takes over as head honcho when Lion-O isn't around. In fact, Lion-O once told Tygra that if there was ever a day that he didn't return to the Cats Lair, Tygra would take over the role as Lord of the ThunderCats. So I guess you could say that Tygra is definitely going to play a big role in the new series. The trailer for the new show has already been released and if you want to see what to expect with the new ThunderCats, just Google 'Cartoon Network ThunderCats trailer' and you will see a list of awesome links that will take you to what you seek. This tutorial is going to be fun, as well as a little complex. I say this because I drew Tygra in an action pose which will make him a little difficult to replicate. In general learning "
how to draw Tygra
" should be a moderate task to take on. The great thing about this tutorial is that you will have yourself one cool looking dude. I have get moving if I want to get all my work done before I go live today. See you soon, and be sure to catch the anime style series when it is released in May. Adios people!
