How to Draw Tribal Lions

Since you are making three lions you will need to draw three lion head guides with one of them containing facial guidelines.

Let's start with the lion on the left side. Sketch out the bridge of the nose, then draw the side view of the nose. You will then draw in the upper lip and bottom jaw.

We will turn this simple lion into a roaring beast by sketching out the forehead, and mane lining like so. Be sure to incorporate the ear too and have the mane run to the middle lion head.

Now sketch in the last lion head and be sure to draw in the chin hair and the darkened area to form the nose.

Use the facial guidelines to draw out the shapes of the eyes then add the marks down the cheeks for added detailing and effects.

For the last step all you have to do is sketch out the lion's nose, sketch out the shape of the roaring mouth then color it in leave four pointed white spaces for the fangs, then sketch in the crinkling on the nose. Erase the mistakes and you are don
