Step 1.

Begin by drawing a jellybean shape like so.

Define the shape of the Playboy bunny's snout or nose like so.

Next up, draw the back of the head and then draw the neck for the Playboy Bunny as well as the notch for the bow tie.

You will now draw in the infamous Bunny ears, then proceed to step four.

For the last drawing step, draw in a big circle shaped eye and then draw in the bow tie. Erase those guides and mistakes as well.

Here is the line art. All you have to do now is color in this Playboy Bunny any shade you like.
