How to Draw Sinon from Sword Art Online 2

Step 1.


You will begin by drawing the head guide and then her shoulder. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well as the neck line that connects the two shapes.

Step 2.


Here, you will use the guides to sketch out the structure of Sinon's face. When that is done right you can begin to draw in her hairstyle starting with the long chunky bangs. Have some hair flow down the side of her face as well.

Step 3.


You will finish one part of her hairstyle by drawing a chunky piece of hair that is held in place with a square clip. I love hairstyles like this on both anime and manga characters.

Step 4.


Continue to work on the hairstyle. It's short but full of layers and waves and very full.

Step 5.


Up next, draw in her eyes with the top eye lids being thick and bold. When that is done add the eyebrows, nose and mouth.

Step 6.


Sketch in the shape of her neck, then draw in the bulky shirt collar that is crinkled from being so thick. Sketch in the shoulders and the remaining detailing to the clothing. Erase your mistakes and all the guidelines/shapes.

Step 7.


Here is what Sino looks like when you are done. You can begin the coloring process to complete the drawing in full.

Description: There are so many characters from the manga series 'Sword Art Online' and because of this I keep getting more and more requests for some of the other characters from the series that I don't already have. This lesson on "how to draw Sinon from Sword Art Online" was really fun to tackle because she is such a pleasant looking character. She has this nicely shaped face with big blue eyes. I lover her hairstyle and clothing, as well as knowing that she is a sniper in the series. It's not too often that you know of a female sniper from any manga or anime. Drawing Sinon will be fun for those who are fans of Sword Art Online and for those of you who just love drawing anime related characters. Oh yeah, did you know that she is also known as Shino Asada?
