Draw the outline shape for Asuna's head, then sketch in the facial guidelines. You will then draw the torso, and then the neck.

Draw out the shape of her face followed by her puffy bangs and hair that falls on the sides. The ends should look shredded. Draw the neck, then proceed to step three.

Be careful to draw in her wide eyes. The top lid lines should be bold and dark. Draw the nose, then her mouth, followed by the blush marks.

Here we will tackle the creation of her shoulders. Draw the torso, then draw in the choker around her neck. Her torso should also show the shape of her bosom.

Draw out the rest of her head followed by the long straight length of her hair. Draw the braid across the head, then add all the detailing as well.

Draw the straps on her chest, then draw and color in the tattoos on her arms, as well as the detailing, design, detail of her dress. Erase the mistakes then you're done.

Description: I was asked more than a few times to make a tutorial on "how to draw Asuna" from Sword Art Online anime series, as well as the light novel series. This autumn color headed beauty has one of the leaders to Knights of the Blood. If you want to get down to facts you should then know that her real full name is Yuuki Asuna. The main character of the series is actually Kirito and he is basically a solo player. Drawing Asuna was great fun because I haven't done any anime style art in a while.
