How to Draw Touka from Tokyo Ghoul

Step 1.


Let us begin with an oval circle for the head, then draw in the shoulder line as well as the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


Define the shape of Touka's face using the guide you just made. When that is done sketch in the long straight bangs and when you add the hair be sure that the bangs stick to the forehead.

Step 3.


Finish the hairstyle and make sure its long or puffy on the sides of the head. The ends should be thin and edgy.

Step 4.


Here you will draw in the stressed expression on her face which is the large wide open eyes. Add the nose and small mouth. Draw in the eyebrows as well. They are thin lined.

Step 5.


You are already almost done drawing Touka. All you have to do here is draw the neck, shoulders, and then the shirt collar that is resting over the sweater she is wearing.

Step 6.


Add detailing to the shirt which is full of stripes and circles. Add small buttons and then erase your mistakes and guides.

Step 7.


When all is done, your drawing should come out looking like the image you see here. Color her in and you are all set.

Description: So there is this fairly new series called 'Tokyo Ghoul' and it has been catching my attention the more people ask for lessons on characters from the manga series. It's a dark series filled with death, ghouls, tragedy and heartbreak. Today, this lesson is going to show you how to draw Touka Kirishima, step by step. In the series she is a sixteen year old ghoul from the 20th Ward. She also holds a job located in Anteiku as a waitress and is a student as well. Her look is dark, somewhat daunting and very simple. I love drawing dark looking figures so I'm sure this lesson will be a blast for you all as well especially if you are a fan of Tokyo Ghoul.
