How to Draw Scooby
1
Start by drawing a few circle shapes like you see here with the smallest being for his head. You will then draw a long vertical line that will connect all the shapes together once you draw the remaining two shapes.
2
Since Scooby's head is viewed from the side, you will start sketching out his head from the side view. Don't forget to draw the shape of his muzzle, and then his ear. Next, add the shape of his neck, and then draw out his dogie collar.
3
It's now time to finish drawing Scooby's face. The first thing you have to do is draw out the other ear, and then add the detailing to the right one. When that is done, you can proceed onto the process of drawing his eyes, eyebrows, and then the rest
4
You are almost done with this lesson which means you only have a little more ways to go. Draw the left leg, and paw, and then draw the hind legs and paws. Add the lines for the toes, and then move to the last step.
5
All you need to do now is draw out Scooby's tail, and then draw out and color in the spots, and nose. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one.

Description: Here is a character that nobody has seen on Dragoart for a while. Today's first lesson is going to be on a special Great Dane that is loved by many and hated by few. The only people that hate this dog, are the ones that he tries to hunt down and catch along with the help of his best friend Shaggy. My little sister has really been getting into a certain Cartoon Network show, and because of that, she wanted me to do a tutorial on “how to draw Scooby”, step by step. This pooch has been around since the late sixties, and is still going strong. I have a few different drawings of Scooby Doo, and all of them don't look that bad even though I was an artist that had skills, but not in tune with those skills. Now that I am better at what I do, I wanted to fill my sister's request because I know how much she loves Scooby and the gang. The lesson is relatively simple which means trying to replicate him is going to be a snap. I love the way he looks in this pose because he is licking his chops like he would when he gets done chowing down some food or Scooby Snacks. Anyways, I think that does it for now, I will be back with some other cool lessons for you all to learn from. In the mean time, have fun as you learn "how to draw Scooby", step by step. Peace people, and don't forget to rate, comment, and submit some of your own artwork and or tutorials!
