How to Draw Rapunzel
1
Draw a large or medium sized circle for her head. Now the size of the head is going to be based on preference which means you can make it as big, or as small as you want the image to be. Next, add the facial guidelines, and then draw the lines for th

Begin sketching out the shape of Rapunzal's face like you see here. This is a combination of her cheek, jawline, and chin. When that is done, you can add the lining for her mouth, nose, and eyes. This Disney character has some big eyes that are reall

It's now time to sketch out her pretty long hair that has a slight lift to it along the front roots. When you begin drawing out her hair, don't forget to make it look full, and straight. Next, draw the eyebrows, and then finish sketching out Rapunzal

You are almost done with this lesson. Here you will begin sketching out the shape of her blouse or the top of her dress. The shoulders or sleeves are a bit puffy, and snug around the arm like so. Add some ruffle for the neck line, and then draw out s

For your last drawing step, all you have to do is finish off her hand, and then finish her bowl. Notice how the bottom of the bowl is drawn, and how I drew in her knuckles. Add a collar bone, and then erase the lines and shapes you drew in step one.

Description: Well, I have another character that I am submitting right now on an upcoming Disney movie that is sure to be a big hit. I’m sure you have all heard the fairy tale of a girl known as Rapunzel. Well, Disney has done it again, and to tell you the truth, I think this is a princess that hasn’t been added to the Disney Princess line-up along with Sleeping Beauty, and Cinderella. The actress that is set to voice act as Rapunzel is Mandy Moore, and she is going to be perfect for the job because she has a sweet, kind voice. The fairy tale classic is German based, and it was written by the Brothers Grimm. Brothers Grimm was two brothers from Germany who wrote famous tales like Cinderella, Snow White, Hansel and Gretel, Little Red Riding Hood, and yes, Rumpelstiltskin. The German writers where named Jacob, and Wilhelm Grimm, and they have made said characters some of the most cherished fairy tale figures in existence. I can see why Disney would base movies on their works. Anyway, the movie that is due to be released November 24th of this year, is called Tangled and it follows Rapunzel, and Flynn Rider. Even though the film is from Disney Studios, some critics say that they should never have changed the title name from Rapunzel, to Tangled because the story of the long haired girl is such a classic, changing the name is nothing more then naive. The main reason why the change of name took place, is because Disney wanted both girls and boys to take interest in such an old time classic. I can’t blame them, I mean, what boy would go and see a flick called “Rapunzel”? Anyway, this lesson is going to show you "how to draw Rapunzel", from the move Tangled, and if you are a big fairy tale fan, you will love learning from this tutorial. That does it for this description, I will be back with a few more lessons for you all to enjoy, and learn from. So adiós for now, but stay tuned in to see what else I have in store for you all.
