Draw a nice circle. Use guidelines as shown. (lightly though;D)

Now just simply draw the chin as shown ;)

Now add a face, Eyes, nose and an mouth.

add ears and eyebrows and erase guidelines.

add the bangs however you like. Erase the unwanted lines.

Draw some hair, neck and shoulder guideline

Add shoulders and erase guidelines.

Finish off anything unfinished. Put a shirt, pants, and shoes(Shoes are optional...)
