The first thing you will need to do is draw out the oval shaped head, then draw the small upper body or torso shape. Sketch in the facial guidelines then proceed on.

Using the guides you just made, begin drawing the very lumpy shape of Mayor's head and face. Draw the sloped nose, then draw an ear.

Here you will draw the grumpy face that Mayor Mellow always seems to have pasted on. Draw the large oblong eyes, the thick straight eyebrows, then draw the forehead wrinkles, mustache, and frowned mouth. Add some hair on the sides of his head, then d

Here you will draw the very broad shoulders, followed by the lining for the opening of his jacket. Next, draw the legs and thin shoes.

Lastly, you will finish the Mayor off by drawing the arms and hands. Make the lining to form the cuffs, then draw the tie and belt under the suit jacket.

Description: So here is another character from the animated series 'GrojBand' that airs on Cartoon Network. Up next we will learn "how to draw Mayor Mellow" from the show. I'm not exactly sure what kind of role Mayor plays but I think he is supposed to be one of the annoying figures of the series. He is said to be extremely loud when he wants folks to be quiet. Mayor Mellow keeps the city of Peacville in check while yelling all the time through the MR. SPEAKER system he had put into play.
