Make the head guide then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Up next, define the shape of Mako's face like so, then draw in the hairline.

The face shape and hairline is all drawn in. We will now draw the thick eyebrows, then draw the tops of the eyelids.

Finish drawing Mako's eyes. As you can see he has sort of a stern expression on his face. Draw in the nose and then his mouth.

You are already almost done. You can now draw Mako's thick, full bodied hairstyle that is spiked in a flat style.

Finally for the last step all you have to do is draw in Mako's ears, then add detailing inside the ears. Erase your mistakes then you are all done.

Here is Mako from Legend of Korra when you are done. You can color him in and show off your drawing to others who may be fans of the show.

Description: So, another character for the books from the Legend of Korra series. I already have a tut on this character, but today I will be showing you how to draw Mako easy from Legend of Korra. Mako has a very simple face to replicate, it's long yet symmetrical as well as straight forward. I always have fun drawing Avatar character no matter if they are from the original The Last Airbender or from Legend of Korra. I know you will enjoy this tut especially if you are a fan of the series yourself.
