How to Draw Lucy Van Pelt

1

Again, start by drawing the head and body guides then sketch in the facial guidelines.

2

Define the shape of Lucy's face like so, draw in her ears and then draw the curly bangs for her hairstyle.

3

Finish Lucy's hairstyle by drawing the top section and sides.

4

Use the facial guidelines to draw in her eyes. Add some lashes, dimples and eyebrows then give Lucy a smile.

5

We will now draw in Lucy's body which is just the dress for now. There are puffy cuffs for the dress and it almost forms a bell at the bottom.

6

You are already almost done. Add the collar for her dress and then give it some creases. Add the arm behind her back and proceed to step seven.

7

Finally, draw in the feet or shoes and then add the laces. Erase your mistakes and guidelines when you are happy with your drawing.

8

Here is how your line art when you are done. All you have to do now is color Lucy in to bring her to life.

Description: Another character from the Peanuts Gang that I'm sure everyone will recognize is the dark haired beauty that has it going on. Up next, we will learn how to draw Lucy Van Pelt, step by step. She is a bossy chic that has it going on. Lucy doesn't take smack from anyone and she also has no shame telling you how it is or where to go. Her brother is Linus, you know the kid that is always seen sucking his thumb as he walks around with a blanket. Anyways, if you haven't seen the trailer for 'The Peanuts Movie' I strongly suggest that you check it out because it looks incredibly good. Have fun drawing Lucy folks and I will be back with the rest of the Peanuts Gang.
