How to Draw Gumi, Megpoid Gumi From Vocaloid

Step 1.


Make a circle for the head, then sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


The next thing to do is draw out the top part of the head which is her puffy bangs. Draw the goggles, then draw the band between the goggles which is what attached them both.

Step 3.


Okay, before you draw the the headphones, you will need to draw the side pieces of her hair that fall on the sides of her face. Once these strands are drawn, you can begin the drawing process for the headphones. Add detailing to the goggles, then pro   

Step 4.


Draw the actual shape of Gumi face, then draw in her big eyes. The top lid lines should be rather thick or bold. Add the eyebrows then you can proceed to step five.

Step 5.


Draw the mouth, and then draw her teeth.

Step 6.


You will be finishing this drawing by drawing the feathered style hair. Draw the mic that comes from the headphones, then add detailing to the headphones. Erase the mistakes and guides, then you're done.

Step 7.


This is the line art when you are all done. Color her in and add the character to your Vocaloid drawing collection.

Description: Hey folks, how are you all doing today? It's Thursday which means tomorrow is Friday and with the new day tomorrow we will be ever more closer to Christmas. Instead of uploading a holiday related lesson, I thought I would just fill some requests. So to start, we will be learning "how to draw Gumi", step by step. Now she is just a mascot type of character for the Vocaloid series. Gumi is a very simple, but pretty girl that is voiced by Megumi Nakajima. Since her design is simple, drawing Gumi is going to be easy enough for anyone to try. Of course, if you are brand new to drawing you might have some difficulty, but not much. Well I guess that's all I can say since this is not actually a character. I will return with more fun so be sure to stay tuned in. Peace out folks.
