How to Draw Groudon Easy

Start off with a circle for the body of Groudon. At this point it looks more like a walnut shell.

We will now begin drawing the front plate like shape for the face of Groudon's head. Be sure the spikes are added as well.

Define the spikes by making embedded grooves to the plate.

The only thing you have to do here is draw out the shape of the eye and color in a pupil.

Draw another stiff plate like shape on the side of Groudon's face. There should also be a small horn or spike that comes out from the side of the plate like you see here.

Define the rest of the head and body shape for Groudon's body and add the other fin on the opposite side.

Lastly, draw in some sharp teeth and you are done and ready to erase the mistakes and guides.

Description: Whenever I get requests for Pokemon characters I always make sure that I have at least two or more people asking for the same thing because I have so many Pokemon tuts on Dragoart that whenever I make new ones, I want people to use them. So out of request, here is a simple way to draw Groudon easy using a step by step lesson. I can't believe how many Pokemon species there are, the more I look away the more species are created. Groudon was pretty cool to draw because it is a simple Pokemon character. Have fun and look for more tutorials coming your way in a bit.
