How to Draw Alain From Pokemon

Step 1.


Here we will begin like we always do and that's by drawing the head, shoulder and torso guides. You will also need to sketch in the facial guidelines.

Step 2.


Up next, draw in the shape of Alain's face like so, then begin drawing the hairstyle which is the thick bangs and some hair falling on the sides of his face.

Step 3.


Use the facial guidelines to draw in the eyes. Add the eyebrows, nose and frown for a mouth.

Step 4.


Finish Alain's hair or head shape. Notice that the hairstyle looks really puffy and thick.

Step 5.


Draw in a hint of Alain's neck shape, then draw the puffy, soft looking collar that is wrapped around the base of the neck like a scarf.

Step 6.


Here we will draw in Alain's body, but when you do this it will be in the form of his coat. Add the wrinkling and creases to the sleeves and all.

Step 7.


You will add more detailing to the jacket by drawing the opposite side. When that is done you can draw in the shirt sleeve cuffs at the wrist and some of the hands.

Step 8.


Here you will draw in the front part of the jacket. This should be buttons and the opening for the coat.

Step 9.


Add more detailing on the sides of the jacket, then draw in some detailing to the buttons. Add the pocket to the left, then you are all done. Erase the mistakes and guides.

Step 10.


This is the line art when you are done. Now you can add some color to bring Alain to life.

Description: I will proceed on with some requests that was made for a couple Pokemon figures and I will start with this tut on how to draw Alain from Pokemon. There are so many different characters from Pokemon that I have never even heard of before. I actually stopped following the series a long time ago when I really started getting into my work. Nowadays I only hear about all the different Pokemon species and characters from other people. If it wasn't for others, I would never know how much the series has changed. Anyways, this will be a fun tut so go ahead and have some fun. Peace out people!
