Step 1.
The first thing you need to do when drawing Dora is make the shape of her head. This should be a circle with facial guidelines added in.

Step 2.
Next, draw the lower part of her face. You can do this easily just by drawing over the shape you made in step one.

Step 3.
Next up, use the facial guidelines you made in step one to start drawing out the shapes of Dora's eyes. When that is done make the nose, and then give her a friendly smirk.

Step 4.
Draw the eyeballs, and color in some pupils. You will then add a dimple at the corner of her mouth, and another for her lip.

Step 5.
We will start the process of drawing Dora's hair, or bangs. Begin by making a straight line across the forehead, and then add two notches for hair separation.

Step 6.
Continue to draw Dora's hair. As you can see when her hair is complete, it should end up looking like a short bob cut, or a bell. Erase the mistakes and guides, then you're done.

Step 7.
Here is what your line art comes out looking like when you are all done. Now you can start the coloring process which should be fun.

How to Draw Dora the Explorer characters
Description:
Hey guys how is everyone? I guess those of you that requested for a tutorial on drawing anime hair, you are pretty busy. I know this tutorial may seem a bit childish, but I really had to make this lesson for my sister. She asked me if I could explain to her "
how to draw Dora easy
", and I tried to verbally tell her at first, but then I said, nah, let me just make a step by step tutorial for her instead. So here it is, a very simple way that you can draw Dora and have no problem with tackling the task at all. It's nice making simple tutorials because it gives me a break a bit with making steps and coloring in the finished image. I hope you guys enjoy yourselves, I shall return with more drawing fun. Peace out people and adios amigos!
