How to Draw Chibi Wolverine

Draw a circle for the head, and then add the facial guidelines. You will then draw out the outline of chibi Wolverine's body including the arms.

Next, draw the shape of the face which should be in chibi style. Chibi faces are usually boxy without sharp edges. Once the face is drawn, you can then add the lining for his crinkled up brows, and then the slanted lines for the eyes. Lastly, sketch

Draw an open frown, and then add the teeth and tongue. Sketch in chibi Wolverine's scratchy looking beard, and then draw out the very expressive irritated eyes. Be sure to make the lining bold at the edges like you see here.

Sketch out his devil horns, and or hairstyle, and then be sure to make a serrated edge for the slopes of his hair. Draw the ears, arms, and his metal claws.

Finish off chibi Wolverine by drawing his legs in more detail, his feet, and then finally his dog tags. Erase the lines and shapes that you drew in step one to clean up your drawing.

Here is what your drawing should look like when you are done. Color in this Marvel chibi and that's it. I hope you enjoyed this lesson as much as I did drawing him out.

Description: I have really been waiting to do this next chibi version of a Marvel Comics superhero for a while now, I just kept forgetting to draw him. I am so thrilled to be showing you guys "how to draw chibi Wolverine", step by step. He is absolutely one of my favorite characters from the X-Men group, and I think he will remain my favorite for a while. At first, Hugh Jackman never looked like he could play a hero. Of course that was before he played the role of Logan or Wolverine in Stan Lee's The X-men. He is a bad boy that rebels against everything and anything. The three part series for the X-Men was fantastic. But what I really liked was X-Men Origins: Wolverine, that was sweet. Deadpool was another awesome character in the movie and I think Ryan Reynolds totally pulled off Deadpool's character, easy. I heard that there is supposed to be a movie just based on Deadpool, you know that's gonna be fun right? Anyway, I love the way this chibi hero came out because it looks so much like Hugh Jackman.
