You can draw in the lines a. for top of sunglasses, b. for bottom of sunglasses, c. for nose, and d. for mouth.

Now draw in the left side of the sunglasses facing you. I did this so you can focus on drawing the circles and not be overwhelmed. Also this is the reason why I categorized this as advanced.

Here is the other side of the sunglasses. Now sketch in the circles. Once you have done them, the shading will be easier.
