Step 1.
To draw Blaze easy all you have to do is start out with a circle shape for her head guide, and then make a line straight through like so.

Step 2.
Next, begin drawing out the actual structure of her head and muzzle area which is the lower portion of her face. Color in the small nose, and then make sure to give her an ear as well as some fluffy cheeks.

Step 3.
One thing I like about Blaze is her great big catty eyes. Draw them in using large shapes, then make the oval shapes for her actual pupils and iris'. Make the lining for her eyes very thick and bold so her eye lashes come out with the same thickness.
Add ear detailing, then draw in the jewel on her forehead.

All you have to do here is draw out another ear as well as the detailing inside. Once that is done make the band which holds her hair in a ponytail.

When you're done, Blaze should come out looking like the face you see here or close to it. Now you can enjoy the task of coloring her in.

Description:
It was suggested that I make a tutorial on Blaze the Cat in an easy to follow fashion and to tell you the truth I can’t believe I forgot all about her. I want to thank those that suggested the tutorial because if it wasn’t for you guys I would have totally forgot to make a tutorial on "how to draw Blaze the Cat easy", step by step. She is one of my all-time favorite figures from the Sonic the Hedgehog series because her style is so genie like. I love her face, and I also love her color. The soft purple hue of her character make-up makes Blaze look contrary to her name. When I hear the word ‘blaze’ I automatically think of something hot so naturally you would think that she would be red in color. The purple fits her well, which makes coloring Blaze in really fun. I know there are plenty of Sonic fans out there that just love her character so I know many of you will love drawing Blaze the Cat easy as well. I hope you have fun, and please remember to keep those suggestions and requests rolling in. Thanks guys and enjoy!
