Begin with a long bean like shape and draw another shape inside the one you just made followed by some facial guidelines.

Once that is done you can define the shape of Banana's body which is lumpy.

We will now draw in the arms which are resting on his banana hips and then draw the hands.

Use the facial guidelines to draw the large eyes and then add the cheek bumps under each eye to create a smile.

Now you will draw in a great big smile and fill his mouth with teeth and the spiral lining on the inside of the mouth.

There is a stem like piece to the top part of Banana's head so just draw that in next.

Finish him off by drawing the legs and feet and then draw the several shapes of lumps on the front part of his body and detail them with some scuff marks. Erase those mistakes and guidelines and you are done.
