Draw an oval with guidelines for the face.

Next, draw two circles for the eyes with pupils inside, a very slightly smaller circle for the nose, and a wedge for the mouth. (It looks a little bit like Ernie right now, but don't worry about it.)

Draw the eyebrow in around the eyes, it looks slightly spikey.

Inside of the wedge draw a tongue and some mismatched teeth.

Lastly, draw the hair/fur around and underneath his head.
