How to Draw a Sad Goth Girl
1
The first thing we need to do is make the head/face guide like so. Sketch in the facial guidelines as well.
3
Next, begin sketching out the hair which is long pointed bangs that flow low on her face covering her eyes as you will see. The bangs have a light swoop.
4
Use the facial guidelines to draw out the shapes of the eyes. The lining should be extremely thick, dark and bold like you see here. Draw in some tears that flow down her cheeks, then add lashes a nose and then her sad mouth with little lips. Notice
6
Finish drawing the hairstyle which is limp, straight and somewhat long. She has layers within her hairstyle.
7
Lastly, draw in the choker around her neck followed by the pendant that is attached. Add the straps for her shirt then sketch in the collar line associated with her body. Erase the mistakes and guides before you go.

Description: This lesson goes out to all you sad girls out there that have been looking for the perfect image to represent how they are feeling inside by drawing a picture of what their feelings would look like on the outside. Here is my original concept on "how to draw a sad goth girl", step by step. I tried making the lesson easy enough for everyone to follow so hopefully I succeeded in that endeavor. This is one of my favorite drawings so enjoy and let me know what you think of the whole idea of drawing a sad goth girl.
