Step 2.
Next step, draw the center stamen which is thick, and be sure that it has some pollen balls at the tip.

Step 3.
Make three flower pedals starting from left to right. When that is done move to step four. See how easy this tutorial is so far?

Step 4.
Finish drawing the flower shape and notice how the petals get larger toward the bottom. This is only done to exaggerate the concept.

Step 5.
Lastly, sketch in the star burst design in the center of the flower for added detail. When you're done you can start erasing the messy lines that you drew in step one.

Here is what your awesome drawing looks like once you are all done. You can choose any color to brighten up the drawing, or leave it nice and black to look like a tribal design.

how to draw hibiscus flowers
Description:
I hope everyone is having good fun today with the really cool lessons that are going up before your very eyes. Up next is a flower that is native to Hawaii, and it is also the states identifying mascot. Itβs called a hibiscus, and they are one of the prettiest tropical flowers I have ever seen. They come in all sorts of colors with mild touches of two toned hues. Instead of drawing a typical flower of the hibiscus, I went for a different approach and made sort of a tribal design. This lesson is going to show you "

", step by step. The cool thing about this tutorial is the fact that you will be able to color it in any shade you wish. You can even take the finished line art to your local or favorite tattoo parlor to get this bloom inked on your body. I imagine that only a female will actually consider getting such a design tattooed on the flesh, but you never know a male could even incorporate the hibiscus with some really cool macho art as well. Anyways, this should be an easy tutorial to tackle because it is of a basic design that can easily be replicated. Have fun guys and remember that the hibiscus flower comes in all colors and shades. Drawing a Hawaiian flower never seemed so exciting.
