How to draw a Cuban Tody

Step 1.


First you will draw the outline and helping lines. The outline is just like two blobs stuck together.

Step 2.


Next draw the eye on the top helping line and draw an inside to the bottom helping line that will be the chin. Also you will start the to of the beck by just drawing a line.

Step 3.


Next you will finish the beak by just adding another line to the first one and you will be making the start of the wing and tail.

Step 4.


now you will start to add the detail.

Step 5.


Next you will color in the eye and add more detail. You add the detail by making fast storks adding the effect of feather shading.

Step 6.


Next you will start shading this will create the look of color in black and white. You do this bu gently scribbling on the are you want to shade and smearing it with your finger or paper.

Step 7.


Now you will do more shading and start to add the limb the tody is sitting on.

Step 8.


This is the last step just color in the limb and you are done i hope this helped you be able to draw a Cuban tody!! :)
